Class size is currently limited to 12 students.

Cost

Tuesday & Thursday 9am classes - $10 per class

Saturday 9am Yoga for the Core - $10 per class

Mon & Thurs 7:30am Foundations - $10 per class or $50 Month Unlimited

 

What to Bring

Please, bring your own mat, blanket/towel, 2 Yoga blocks and water bottle.


What to Wear

Please avoid clothing that is too baggy or too tight.
